“The only thing that freaked us out when we 1st got there to check in, the office was closed. Said you have to contact office for late check ins after 9pm. We booked online through expedia and never seen that anywhere, til we got our confirmation email and at the very bottom..there it was! Should be at the top!! But there was a number to call and they were very prompt and we didnt have to wait long before we were in our room. They had a lock box on our room door handle for us n a key inside. The……

“Das Hotel und die Zimmer wirken veraltet. Wenn die Klimaanlage anspringt, hat man das Gefühl, dass ein PKW losfährt. Das Frühstück ist schrecklich, aber das scheint ein Problem der gesamten Hotelkette zu sein, da es in New York ebenfalls so war. Es gibt keine Wurst/Käse, nur Plastik Geschirr, das Personal kam beim Nachlegen nicht hinterher. Ich werde diese Kette nicht mehr buchen. Da kann auch das freundliche Personal nichts dran ändern. Immerhin ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig gewesen und ringsrum……

“The room was clean. The pool deck had little bits of tissue paper and debris that did not get removed overnight. The pool deck was not tidied up overnight either, chairs straightened etc.”

“Clean Rooms, Beautiful Setting and lots of wildlife just outside the porch! We saw a Manatee, Dolphins, Alligator and plenty of Bird Life! The area is an excellent spot for biking and hiking! The Calusa Habitat Mounds are nearby and a friendly day hike! Also nearby is a Marina that takes you to an Island for lunch and hiking as well as visiting Islands in the area! Very relaxing and fun place to take the whole Family!”
